Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable Firefighters to respond to emergencies, protect lives and property, and provide emergency medical assistance when needed. Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork, physical fitness, and a commitment to serving and protecting the community. Responsibilities Respond promptly to fires, medical emergencies, rescues, accidents, and other emergency situations. Operate hoses, nozzles, hand tools, vehicles, and rescue equipment safely. Perform fire suppression, search and rescue, forced entry, ventilation, and evacuation operations. Assist injured or trapped individuals and provide basic emergency medical care when needed. Inspect, clean, maintain, and restock firefighting equipment and vehicles. Maintain accurate emergency response records and reports. Assist with fire prevention, public education, and community safety programs. Participate in training, drills, meetings, and ongoing professional development. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. One year of firefighter experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Georgia driver's license required and must be maintained. NPQ Firefighter I certification required and must be maintained. Join a team built on courage, trust, and service.
