Qualifications Qualifications:

Kentucky Paramedic or EMT certification (not Required), High School diploma or GED, KY Operator's License. Lateral transfer qualifications in addition to the above: IFSAC Firefighter I & II certifications, must have been employed as a fulltime firefighter in a career department for at least four years immediately prior to hire date, candidate may be exempt from CPAT testing but will need to pass departmental fitness test. Current CPAT card will be accepted.
