Job Description
Part time Firefighter/EMTs/ Paramedics will be tasked with providing Paramedic level pre- hospital care to patients, in accordance with the most up to date Massachusetts Statewide Treatment protocols. Firefighter/EMTs/Paramedics will also be tasked with providing fire protection to the Town of Halifax. Firefighter/EMTs/ Paramedics will respond to medical calls for service, providing treatment and transport of all patients within the Massachusetts Statewide Treatment protocols.. Firefighter/EMTs/ Paramedics will respond to calls for service to control and extinguish fires, as well as other emergency and non-emergency situations where life, property, or the environment is at risk. Firefighter/ EMTs/Paramedics will be scheduled part time monthly scheduling with minimum of 24 hours a month required.
