Firefighter Paramedic PT

Part-Time Firefighter/Paramedic Fire Department Position:

The City of Sharonville is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Firefighter/Paramedic. Under the direction of the assigned Lieutenant, the Part-Time Firefighter/Paramedic will perform a wide variety of routine and emergent departmental services, including EMS, fire, and HazMat responses. Twelve- and 24-hour sign-up shifts, as well as 24/6 rotations, are available, with a limit of 1,500 hours worked per calendar year. Qualified candidates should have excellent technical, customer service, and communication skills; proficient knowledge of emergency medical and fire suppression techniques; and the ability to work well with all levels of the general public.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Firefighter Level 1 certification in the State of Ohio; Level 2 certification preferred Must possess a valid Paramedic certification in the State of Ohio Must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications; PALS certification preferred

Salary and Benefits:

The compensation package includes an hourly starting rate of $27.00, commensurate with certification and experience.
