Job Description
Hampton County Fire-Rescue is currently accepting applications for full-time firefighter positions. We are a combination department committed to providing professional fire protection services to the citizens of Hampton County.
Position:
Full-Time Firefighter Location:
Hampton County, SC Schedule:
24/48 Shift Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Valid SC driver's license (Class E or CDL preferred)
- IFSAC or ProBoard Firefighter II certification
- Current CPR certification, EMR
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical agility assessment
- Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and commitment to public service
Special Requirements Preferred Qualifications:
- Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC or CEVO)
- HazMat Operations certification
- Previous fire service experience
