All we need is you. The opportunity Southern New Hampshire University is seeking student employees to fill the role of student supervisor for the Athletic Game Day and Equipment Staff. This position manages the students working and assists the full-time staff with the day-to-day operations of the athletic department•from managing numerous duties for all of our on-campus contests to the daily activities of practices and laundry for all SNHU Athletic teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Work directly with Associate AD and Operations Staff on the day to day operations of all athletic facilities•from packing bags, handling team laundry, managing practice schedules, as well as assisting in all game operations. Properly set up and operate Daktronics scoreboards, game set-up of all facilities•Athletic Complex, Larkin Field, Penmen Stadium, tennis courts, as well as Baseball and softball fields. Assist with training and development of all student workers in the equipment room, as well as students on the game day staff. Attention to detail and efficient communication is needed throughout all shifts. Manage Game Operations for M/W Soccer, Field Hockey, Volleyball, M/W Lacrosse, Ice Hockey, M/W Basketball, Track and Field, Softball, Baseball, M/W Tennis, and Cheerleading•operations include•game clock/shot clock, team services, referee/umpire assistance, security, and other areas as assigned.
