•8:00 AM Key Responsibilities Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers in the field. Perform site inspections and officer performance checks. Support incident response and emergency situations. Complete reports and required documentation. Ensure officers follow company and client standards. Reinforce professional service and security practices. Travel between assigned client locations as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License. Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements. Prior leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
