Job Duties:
1. Document/submit appropriate report(s) as required 2. Coordinate all varieties of inspections without instruction to meet or exceed Mazzella Quality Assurance Standards 3. Communicate all required tasks to the assigned inspector(s) on a daily basis or as needed 4. Complete daily tasks accurately and completely, i.e. sales orders, quotes, service orders, projects, etc. 5. Maintain work area, equipment, in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines 6. Review, interpret, and understand codes, instructions, and specifications per inspection based on customer (training provided) 7. Other duties as assignedEducation:
A high school diploma or GED is requiredExperience & Skills:
Microsoft office/Excel experience required Experience in a service, inspection, or production environment a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have a training knowledge of manufacturers and industry standards, including ANSI and OSHA-will train Must be detail oriented with the strong ability to multi-task Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and planning skills Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify Summary Why Join Mazzella?Team-Oriented Environment:
