Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Customer Representative to be the interface between the Aircraft Manufacturer and the Customer (aircraft buyers/airlines). This role is ideal for a retired aviation quality inspector seeking flexible, part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical (airframe, engine, systems) and commercial (cabin equipment, aircraft delivery) aspects between partners.
- Ensure quality, respond to customer inquiries, and detect/report discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with our client and customers.
- Track aircraft construction progress and manage related documentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Aeronautical or military training, with 5-10 years in the aeronautical field.
- Fluent in technical English, with in-depth knowledge of aeronautical systems and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with internal/client processes and international relations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations.
