We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Image Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to capture high-quality images that document the condition of vehicles moving through the auction. This position is entirely outdoors and requires working in various weather conditions. Once fully trained, this role offers a high degree of independence, including flexible scheduling. However, because we serve dynamic client needs, careful coordination of these hours is critical to ensure all client and auction requirements are met daily.

Key Responsibilities Photograph Inventory:

Take consistent exterior angles (front, rear, side profiles) and interior shots (dashboard, seats, odometer) of every vehicle entering the lot.

Document Damage:

Capture clear close-ups of scratches, dents, interior wear, and mechanical components (like the engine bay) for electronic condition reports.

Data Verification:

Match and scan Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), mileage, and stock numbers directly into the auction's database.

Maintain Efficiency:

Manage daily vehicle volume effectively to meet tight auction deadlines. Qualifications & Skills Attention to

Ability to spot minor vehicle damage or discrepancies.

Technical Aptitude:

Basic computer literacy for data entry and comfort using digital cameras or smartphone-based imaging systems.

Reliability:

Strong time-management skills to work independently without direct supervision.

Legal Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the US. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and navigate an active auction lot for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and kneel to inspect all areas of a vehicle. Ability to work comfortably outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, wind).

Pay:

From $16.90 per hour Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
