Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Stable, growing company Bilingual Vehicle Buyer We are seeking a Bilingual Vehicle Buyer to conduct in-person inspections of vehicles offered for sale to the company. In this role, you will verify each vehicle's physical condition, major components, and legal documentation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all collected information is accurate and complete to support the Dispatch team's negotiation process and facilitate the efficient scheduling of vehicle pickups. Responsibilities Identify and report new vehicle purchasing opportunities to the Dispatch department. Visit assigned leads to inspect and evaluate the condition of vehicles. Perform thorough vehicle inspections following company procedures and standards. Verify the presence and condition of major vehicle components. Review and validate all required documentation, including the vehicle title, owner's identification, and VIN. Submit accurate inspection reports to the Dispatch department to support customer negotiations. Assist with negotiations when needed while following the company's pricing guidelines. Report any discrepancies between the customer's description and the vehicle's actual condition.
