Job Description

Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, is a Global Supply Chain Provider, and an industry leader in the provisioning of a wide range of innovative services and support concepts to military end users and their maintenance partners worldwide. We focus on the aftermarket support of platforms and systems, working closely with customers and OEMs, and often investing on their behalf in inventories, and support methodologies, allowing for their continued mission-readiness. We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Inspector for our Tamarac location.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect all incoming goods. Verify all certifications and packing list are in order to company standards. Examine and unpack incoming shipments; ensure they meet specifications and record issues. Perform visual inspection of packaging; before accepting goods. Perform inspections and verify all inbound and outbound materials for accuracy and order completion. Complete inspection records, logs, rejection reports, etc. before inputting into ERP system. Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks and shelves. Inspects and fills orders to be shipped to customers. Prepares orders for Shipping by picking, scanning and packing in an accurate and timely manner. M-F 8:00am to 4:30 pm or 8:30am to 5pm shift with OT available at certain times. Air Conditioned work environment EOE, Vets/Disability Experience and skills: Able to perform simple mathematic calculations. Intermediate Computer skills; experience with Quantum Database ERP is a plus. Previous Aerospace Inspection is a plus. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Quality Inspector -
Education:
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Able to lift 50 lbs. Be able to stand/sit for extended hours.
