Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines. Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience. Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process. Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified. Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver's License Required Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person. Prior collision estimating experience preferred. Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
