Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Cockeysville, MD is currently seeking highly skilled individual who is thorough, observant and assertive to join our team in Cockeysville and Loch Raven. A Maintenance Service Inspection Specialist inspects reported apartments, takes pictures and documents findings of violations. Responsibilities for

Maintenance Service Inspection Specialist:

• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner by being courteous to residents, vendors and co-workers, and treating them with respect.
• Maintain confidentiality by not disclosing any information on a resident or a resident's account with anyone including the police or law enforcement. Only discuss information with a leaseholder.
• Must be very familiar with all aspects of the Rental Agreement and/or violation notices and policies pertaining to company.
• Will inspect apartments in accordance with the work orders.
• Will take pictures as required.
• Will complete all pertinent paperwork.
• Will distribute all as required per Company policies.
• Will report all Rental Agreement violators promptly.
• Mandatory overtime required during emergency, snow conditions and other times as deemed appropriate by the Manager. Shovel snow chip ice and spread salt/magnesium as directed by the Supervisor.
• Perform all duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' quality assurance experience Must have good communication and listening skills are needed (written, spoken and reading, and entering information on the iPAD) to provide explanations to peers, Residents and Managers, and to complete work orders.

Computer skills to include, Word, Excel, Outlook Must have the ability to work, troubleshoot and problem solve independently.
