Have knowledge of Pedimentos A1, IN, AF, BA, (Temporary), Remesas, etc. Generate & Verify DODA & Warehouse Loading Orders. Have knowledge of SED Shippers Export Declarations. Be familiar with the terminology of shippers / in-bonds. Basic criteria of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (Clasificacion Arancelaria). Knowledge of proper Modes of Transportation for each shipment or customer needs. Builds and maintains direct relationship with the client and provides day to day contact and support. Prioritize and complete work according to client demands, customs requirements and company standards for release conditions and ensures compliance. Create and proactively maintain the client tariff database, ensuring all associated system maintenance files/information are accurate and current in order to take advantage of data defaults for accurate quality output and one-step processing. Updates information as necessary. Proactively verifies documentation Preferred experience in customer service. Conflict management. Oral and written English & Spanish. Good attitude. Team work oriented.

Full time (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM).
Schedule:
Availability to work weekends & Holidays as needed.
