Key Responsibilities:
Prepare courtrooms, case files, calendars, and e-courtroom equipment for hearings. Support Judicial Officers, Courtroom Clerks, attorneys, litigants, and court staff. Manage courtroom proceedings and maintain order and professionalism. Verify case parties and update case information using iCIS . Perform accurate, real-time data entry of hearing outcomes and court orders. Schedule hearings and assist with case processing. Review files and motions for completeness and compliance. Assist victims and the State during proceedings. Operate and troubleshoot courtroom technology and equipment. Communicate professionally with the public, legal professionals, and outside agencies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required. 3+ years of administrative experience , preferably in a court or legal environment. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office ; experience with iCIS and courtroom technology preferred. Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
Pay:
$20.75 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
