DESCRIPTION

The Albany County Office of the Public Defender is seeking entry-level attorneys able to provide zealous, holistic, client-centered legal representation to indigent clients enmeshed in the criminal justice system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

For the entry-level Assistant Public Defender position, we are seeking an attorney with up to 3 years of experience in criminal practice with a New York State bar admission or ability to waive into New York from another jurisdiction
