JOB OVERVIEW
Conducts daily small claims proceedings as well as traffic proceedings. Small Claims dockets are conducted Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m.•12:30 p.m. Traffic dockets are conducted Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m.•4:30 p.m.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Juris doctor degree from an accredited law school required.
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of legal practice required. Must be an attorney of law admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and be in good standing with Supreme Court of Ohio. Must be LEADS certifiable. Applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will be evaluated comparatively based on demonstrated experience. Consideration will include judicial or neutral decision-making experience; collections, creditor-debtor, and traffic matters; courtroom practice; management of high-volume caseloads; communication with self-represented litigants; and legal research and writing, including preparation of findings and orders.
