Are you a 1L or 2L law student seeking a meaningful summer associate experience? Spend your summer with a firm that delivers justice in all its dimensions! Our Birmingham location is hiring candidates who are available to continue working with the firm as law clerks during the academic year. While the summer associate program is a valuable experience on its own, our goal is to build long-term relationships with students who can remain engaged with active litigation beyond the summer.

The firm is only considering applicants for this location that are interested, and available, to continue their experience as a part-time law clerk during the 2027-2028 academic year. Law Students in DiCello Levitt LLP's summer associate and clerkship program will have the opportunity to work on real cases and projects in collaboration with attorneys across a variety of practice areas. Program participants will be exposed to on-the-job development activities, group mentoring, relevant training curriculum, and local social activities to provide an engaging summer experience. The summer program runs for 10 weeks with multiple start dates to accommodate varying school schedules, from May 17 to August 13, 2027. The part-time clerkship will begin after Labor Day and run through mid-May.
