Job Description
Immediate opening for an associate attorney with top-rated Little Rock firm in commercial and financial law, banking, UCC, commercial litigation, business transactions, debtor-creditor relations and bankruptcy, healthcare, corporate, banking, and other business matters. Applicants need 0 to 10 years experience (2027 graduates may apply, but candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a law practice will be given preference). Excellent academic credentials (top 25% law school class) and strong writing and research skills required. Undergraduate business degree preferred. Competitive salary (amount based upon experience and perceived abilities) and benefits and potential for advancement. Non-smoking office. Remote work is NOT available. A part-time arrangement is possible for a strong candidate.
