Associate Managing Attorney - Personal Injury Phoenix, Arizona | Full-Time | In-Office We are an established personal injury law firm expanding into Arizona and are looking for an Arizona-licensed attorney to serve as Associate Managing Attorney of our new Phoenix office. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who wants to practice law while also helping us build and grow our Arizona operation. Our Phoenix office is located in west-central Phoenix near Camelback Road and I-17. You will work from the office with a dedicated legal assistant/front desk person while being supported by our established Las Vegas attorneys, case managers and staff. The Position You will be the primary attorney responsible for our Arizona personal injury cases and will help oversee the day-to-day legal operations of the Phoenix office.

The position will include:

Managing Arizona personal injury cases from intake through settlement Evaluating new cases and developing case strategy Negotiating with insurance companies Reviewing and approving demands and settlements Maintaining regular communication with clients Ensuring compliance with Arizona deadlines, procedures and ethical requirements Supervising the Phoenix legal assistant and Arizona case activity Working with our Las Vegas team, which will provide substantial case-management and administrative support Helping us develop Arizona-specific systems and workflows Building relationships with attorneys and referral sources in the Arizona legal community Helping grow the Phoenix office as our Arizona caseload increases You will not be expected to build a law firm from scratch. We already have the infrastructure, marketing, technology, case-management systems and experienced PI staff in place. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Arizona legal work while utilizing the resources of the existing firm. What We're Looking For An active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred. We are open to someone who may not have previously held a managing-attorney title if they have strong PI experience, good judgment and are ready to take on more responsibility. The right person will be comfortable working independently, good with clients, organized, practical and interested in helping us build something rather than simply managing a caseload. Litigation experience is a plus. Opportunity We intend to grow significantly in Arizona, and the person who joins us now will have an opportunity to grow with the operation. Initially, the Phoenix office will be small, with the Associate Managing Attorney and a dedicated legal assistant/front desk person supported by our larger Las Vegas team. As our Arizona case volume increases, we expect to add additional attorneys and staff locally. We are looking for someone who wants to be an important part of that growth.
