This is a well-established firm in the industry. This amazing opportunity is for a Family Law Associate Attorney who is ready to dive headfirst into a rewarding career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions Review documents and conduct discovery with superior attention to detail Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues Prepare for and attend motions, conferences, hearings, and trials Manage cases from inception to resolution under partner supervision Build relationships with clients and opposing counsel Participate in networking and business development activities
The Ideal Candidate:
Needs to be able to work a case up with some or limited supervision from senior attorney/ partner 2+ years of private firm Family Law experience Admission to California Bar- in good standing Experience in litigation and/or clientele development Strong academic and employment credentials Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively If you have an interest or want to learn more, please reach out to Brianna Schlick at 605-705-3958.
