This is a critical, revenue-driving role focused on delivering an excellent client experience while converting qualified leads into signed clients. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking assistance with Lemon Law cases. You will play a critical role in gathering essential information, assessing the viability of cases, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven capacity to quickly assess client issues, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients regarding Lemon Law matters, delivering a responsive, professional, and high-quality intake experience. Communicate with clients to explain the firm's services, intake process, and potential case outcomes, while building trust, instilling confidence, and converting qualified leads into signed clients. Collect and document detailed information from clients about their vehicle, repair history, and other relevant case details. Assess the validity of potential Lemon Law cases and determine if they meet the firm's criteria for further legal action. Schedule consultations or follow-up calls with attorneys for qualified clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth transition of qualified cases. Follow up with potential clients to answer any additional questions and provide updates on their case status.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a legal intake, customer service, or call center role, preferably in a law firm environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of Lemon Law or consumer protection law is a plus. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document client information. Proficient in using CRM systems and office software. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
