Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join the Downtown Los Angeles office with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience to assist with our bustling M&A practice, which spans a wide variety of industries. This is a Partnership-track position and offers great growth opportunities. ​The ideal candidate will have focused primarily on M&A transactions during their career and will have significant hands-on experience executing deals in this area at a law firm with a national reputation. The associate must be comfortable drafting substantive transactional documents, running a deal team, and executing deals from start to finish. The ability to work with other team members and clients, and take ownership of projects, is essential.
