This is a full-time, in-person position offering hands-on experience across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced and collaborative law firm environment. Location 5000 Birch Street, Suite 9500 Newport Beach, CA 92660 Responsibilities The Law Clerk will assist attorneys and legal staff with: Conducting legal research and preparing written legal analyses Drafting motions, pleadings, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents Reviewing and organizing case files, evidence, and discovery materials Assisting with litigation preparation, court filings, and deadline management Communicating professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties Supporting matters involving civil litigation, business law, real estate law, employment law, family law, personal injury, and other practice areas Performing additional legal and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualified candidates may include: Current law students who are available to work full-time Recent J.D. graduates California Bar applicants Candidates with strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills Individuals who are dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments Candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Prior law firm experience and litigation experience are preferred.
