The Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement team in Northern California is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience. The associate will have an immediate opportunity to join teams handling high-profile, cutting-edge litigation matters for leading global technology companies, including AI, social media, search, advertising, gaming, streaming, and virtual meeting platforms. The associate should have solid experience handling complex litigation matters, ideally including consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or disputes involving technology companies. Essential experience also includes strong research and writing skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to client service. Top law firm experience or judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Candidates should be admitted (or eligible for admission) to the California Bar and willing to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco. The salary for this position is $235,000 to $310,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above. This position is eligible for the Firm's annual bonus program.
