Job Discerption:

Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, settlement agreements, and orders in support of contract negotiations and court proceedings. Conduct legal research, assist in preparing for and attend hearings and other legal proceedings, and provide legal support and analysis under the direction of senior associate attorneys. Analyze legal issues in matters, assist in advising clients on potential resolutions, and support negotiations on behalf of clients under supervision. Communicate with senior associates, partners, paralegals, and clients to support efficient case handling. Maintain and organize client files to ensure up-to-date information is readily accessible to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Law; 24 months of experience as a Lawyer; and admission to practice law in California. How to
