Compensation:
$125,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead client consultations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each client feels heard and understood. Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique family law needs. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests with integrity. Collaborate with our team to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and support. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Stay updated on family law trends and changes, integrating new knowledge into practice to benefit clients. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and development within the firm.
Qualifications:
What You Bring At least 1 year of hands-on family law litigation experience. Active membership and good standing in the CA Bar. Confident decision-making and a calm courtroom presence. Excellent communication and client-relations skills. Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to hit the ground running.
