Key Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, complaints, and legal motions Handle discovery (drafting and responding) Prepare mediation briefs Assist with law and motion practice Support trial preparation and case strategy

Qualifications:

0-5 years of experience in civil litigation Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines California Bar admission (or pending results) preferred
