DTC (South Denver metropolitan area) This position is fully in-office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Compensation:
Candidates with 3+ years of experience: $115,000-$135,000 Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Associate Attorney with experience or interest in corporate law and real estate transactions to support a growing transactional practice. This role involves advising business clients on entity matters, mergers and acquisitions, and contract matters, and handling real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, in-office environment Candidates with 3-10 years of relevant transactional experience are especially encouraged to apply , although we welcome applications from newly licensed attorneys and other candidates who demonstrate strong potential and an interest in transactional law.
Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Advise clients on corporate and business law matters, including entity formation, governance, business structuring, and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, including operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other business contracts.
  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, business purchases and sales, and other corporate transactions.
  • Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions and identify potential risks.
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, accountants, opposing counsel, and other third parties to facilitate transactions and closings.
  • Provide practical, business-focused legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage matters and deadlines independently while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic matter files and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Billable Expectations & Bonus :
Annual billable hour requirement: 1,400 hours Eligible for a performance-based bonus upon meeting billable requirements
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar (or eligible for admission) 1-3+ years of relevant experience Strong drafting skills Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit for extended periods Ability to work at a computer for prolonged periods
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
