Job Description

The Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight seeks an associate with five to six years of experience to join our Political Law team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with political law regimes such as campaign finance law, government ethics, lobbying laws, gift and entertainment rules, and pay-to-play laws. Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, management experience and the ability to work on widely varying matters as part of a dynamic team are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for a midlevel attorney with experience in political law to take on a senior position within a dynamic, Chambers-ranked political law practice. The current practice features blue-chip clients, a market leading vetting and appointments practice, and specialized expertise in pay-to-play and placement agent regulations. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $365,000 - $390,000/yr.
