Washington, DC Job Details Contract $75,000 - $90,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications LICSW Risk assessment Clinical social work Full Job Description Position Summary CareNationDC is hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide clinical assessments, therapy, treatment planning, crisis support, and ongoing behavioral health services to clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychosocial evaluations. Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate. Develop personcentered treatment plans. Complete progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries on time. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed. Coordinate care with psychiatrists, APRNs, case managers, RSS staff, and external providers. Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and quality assurance reviews. Follow DBH, Medicaid, HIPAA, and CareNationDC documentation standards. Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times. Qualifications Active LICSW license in Washington, DC required. Experience in behavioral health, SUD, community mental health, or outpatient clinical care preferred. Strong clinical documentation skills. Ability to work with diverse populations. Knowledge of traumainformed care, crisis intervention, and evidencebased practices preferred.
