This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to support our legal team in managing complex cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients navigate their personal injury claims. This paid position provides valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment dedicated to advocating for injury victims. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research on state and some federal laws and statutes. Draft legal memoranda and motions. Review, organize, and manage discovery documents. Assist attorneys with trial or hearing preparation. Perform citation checks and bluebooking for court filings. Qualifications Current enrollment in J.D. program (Rising 2L or 3L preferred). Strong academic standing (Top 25% preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, Excel, Adobe, and MS Office.
