Attorneys at Hedin LLP are expected to jump into the deep end from day one. Responsibilities will include briefing complex legal issues in federal and state courts, performing advanced legal research, attending court hearings, depositions and mediations at locations throughout the country, and developing innovative theories for new cases. We are looking for an attorney with: A prior federal district court, federal court of appeals, or state supreme court clerkship. At least two years of experience at a sophisticated plaintiffs' firm, ideally with substantial experience handling class actions. Demonstrated exceptional legal writing ability, including experience drafting substantive motions and briefs. A creative intellect, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to litigation. A genuine interest in developing and prosecuting novel data-privacy matters on behalf of nationwide classes of consumers. Compensation will meet or exceed market compensation for associates at comparable plaintiffs' firms and will include performance-based origination bonuses capable of significantly increasing total annual compensation.
