Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from third-year JD students (Class of 2027) or current judicial clerks for an entry-level associate position in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami, commencing in fall 2027. Our ideal candidates are eager to embrace new challenges and responsibilities, take satisfaction in developing practical, winning solutions, value a workplace grounded in mutual support and respect, and thrive when working as part of a team. Candidates must possess strong legal writing, research, and oral communication skills. We are seeking candidates who are well-rounded, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Prior summer associate experience at a law firm is preferred. A demonstrated record of strong academic achievement is required. Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is a plus. To be considered, candidates must graduate from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar will be a condition of employment. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
