Our Firm Exclusively Practices Family Law (divorce, Prenups, Postnups, Visitation, Paternity, Relocation, Alimony, Child Support, Adoptions, Demonstrate Experience in Taking Ownership of A Client's Case - Discovery, Pleadings, Motions; Collaboration and Mediation; Pretrial Hearings, Motion Hearings, and Trials Conduct Client Meetings and Recommend Strategies Delegate Work to Paralegals and Legal Assistants and Monitor Their Work This Position Will Be Responsible for
Important Work, Including:
Managing All the Files Assigned to You Drafts Legal Documents Including Correspondence, Pleadings and Motions, Answers, Petitions, Affidavits, Interrogatories, and Any Another Necessary Document of Assigned Cases. Attend Hearings for Motions and Pleadings, Answers, Evidence, and Notices According to Judicial Procedures. Keep Statutory Time of All Case Filings and Date Statutorily Required to Respond. Timely Respond to All Discovery, Motions, Pleadings, Interrogatories, Requests for Productions, and Such. Communicates with Opposing Counsel, Opposing Party, and Clients During an Ongoing Case to Gather Information, Respond to Communications, and Respond to Requests. Perform Investigations to Fact-Check Information for Cases by Searching Through Public Records and Other Resources Provided by Clients and Or Government Websites, Etc. Researches and Analyzes Statutes, Regulations, Legal Articles, Judicial Decisions, and Other Legal Sources; Provides Written Analysis to Attorneys. Gathering Discovery from Client and Opposing Counsel/party. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Clio, Westlaw Form Builder, Fastcase, E-Filing, and Courtmap.
