Summary:
We are seeking a Law Clerk that will provide legal research, writing, and administrative support to our attorneys. This position offers hands-on exposure to private law firm practice, including direct involvement in client matters, legal research, drafting, and case preparation. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and associates across various practice areas and gain meaningful insight into day-to-day law firm operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research using statutes, case law, regulations, and secondary sources Draft and assist with legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence Review and summarize legal documents and case files Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and due diligence Observe client meetings, hearings, depositions, and court proceedings as permitted Support ongoing legal projects and special assignments Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to legal matters
EducationExperience:
Strong legal research and writing skills Ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate findings clearly Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) preferred Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Prior legal internship or clerkship experience Familiarity with court filing systems and legal software
