In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking bankruptcy assistance, guiding them through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. Your expertise will help streamline client onboarding, ensure accurate case information collection, and support the firm's mission to deliver exceptional legal services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced legal environment while leveraging extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law and related legal areas. Responsibilities Conduct initial client interviews to gather comprehensive case details related to bankruptcy and other legal matters such as probate and foreclosure cases. Assess client eligibility and provide clear explanations of bankruptcy procedures, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, ensuring clients understand their options. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with excellent communication skills, maintaining a positive and professional tone at all times. Utilize legal case management software to accurately input client data and track case progress. Coordinate with attorneys and legal support staff to facilitate smooth case intake processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and organized efficiently. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information while adhering to procedural law standards and firm policies. Skills Proven experience in legal intake or sales within a law firm or legal support environment, with familiarity in bankruptcy law as well as foreclosure litigation support. Excellent interviewing skills combined with outstanding client communication abilities; able to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in document review, proofreading, and managing legal case files using document management systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks; experience with data entry and filing is essential. Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Ability to adapt quickly to new technology platforms such as Legal administrative support tools or litigation support systems.

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
