Job Description
We are not accepting candidate submissions from search agencies for this position. The Chicago office of Jones Day is seeking an associate for its Business Restructuring & Reorganization Practice. Qualified candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in a law firm's restructuring/reorganization practice, preferably including representation of debtors in chapter 11 cases. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the desire to work both independently and as part of a team are required. To be considered, please provide a cover letter, resume, and final law school transcript. The salary range for this role is $260,000 - $310,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
