Job Description

  • Assembler
  • We are looking for a reliable Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble small burner units and components, install wiring, test finished products, and work from blueprints and drawings. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment using hand and power tools.
  • Schedule:
  • Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Assemble small burners and related components into completed units.

+ Install wiring and electrical components according to specifications.

+ Test parts and finished products to ensure quality and proper operation.

+ Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

+ Safely use hand tools and power tools during assembly.

+ Measure and verify parts for accuracy and proper fit.

+ Work as part of an assembly line and production team.

+ Follow safety procedures and company standards.

+ Keep work areas clean and organized.

+ Support production goals and work closely with team members.

+ Participate in training opportunities for welding, fabrication, painting, and machine/CNC operation.

+ Work overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

  • Required Skills
  • + Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

+ Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or technical documents.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

+ Experience in general production or assembly work.

+ Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures.

+ Comfortable working an early first-shift schedule at 5:00 AM.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Experience in machining, fabrication, or manufacturing. + Familiarity with production equipment or machine operation. + Interest in learning welding, fabrication, industrial painting, or CNC operation. + Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

  • Work Environment
  • You'll work in a clean, industrial manufacturing setting alongside a team of approximately 26 employees.

The role involves regular use of hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and performing assembly tasks. Dress code is casual and practical, including jeans and a work t-shirt.   • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $16.

60 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
