Support attorneys with client communication by preparing summaries, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information with integrity. Aid in the preparation for court proceedings by reviewing evidence, compiling reports, and managing case deadlines efficiently. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents for clarity and correctness, and managing legal support workflows. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of legal services. Skills Strong understanding of various legal areas including estate planning, environmental law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal regulations, patent law, and civil litigation support. Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; experience with legal case management software like iManage or PCLaw is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting clear legal documents and supporting client interactions professionally. Familiarity with procedural law knowledge and legal administrative processes including document review, filing procedures, data entry, and document management systems. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for drafting documents and managing data efficiently. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong proofreading skills.
