What You'll Do As an Associate Attorney, you'll manage cases while helping individuals and families navigate challenging financial situations.

Responsibilities include:

Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate legal needs Guide clients through the bankruptcy process with professionalism and compassion Prepare petitions, schedules, motions, and supporting legal documents Manage cases from consultation through final resolution Represent clients during hearings and meetings with creditors Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies Maintain accurate case files and documentation Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service Qualifications Required Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Indiana or eligible for Indiana licensure Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail Commitment to client advocacy and professional service Preferred Experience in one or more of the following: Bankruptcy Law Consumer Law Civil Litigation Family Law General Practice Creditor Rights Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
