What We Need Looking for a Legal Extern with a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial company?

Corpay is a leading global payments and financial services firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. How We Work As a Legal Extern, you will be expected to work in an in-office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Hands-on training Role Responsibilities The intern will participate in the following: Conduct research on laws, regulations, and case law, and help draft memos, summaries, or internal guidance for attorneys.

Help organize legal files, support compliance initiatives, track deadlines, and assist with internal legal projects or audits.

Assist with reviewing contracts, NDAs, and agreements by flagging key terms, risks, or inconsistencies for the legal team. Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Political Science, or a related field.

Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.

Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.

Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program Must be committed to working a 100-hours to receive full university credity
