Popovitch Law LLC is a busy domestic relations firm seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience as an attorney in domestic relations law, including court experience. The ideal candidate is an established attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask. The candidate must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with experience in motion practice and the ability to handle complex cases, high conflict custody disputes, and high net worth cases from start to finish, including trials. Exposure to, and procedural knowledge of, Massachusetts divorce and custody law is required. Experience should include drafting pleadings, assisting senior attorneys with court appearances, and appearing in court independently on matters. This position has significant growth opportunities for a motivated attorney as the firm continues to grow quickly. We handle complex matters with the highest level of client service. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. Annual review and bonus will be pursuant to performance. Must be licensed in Massachusetts and in good standing. Annual salary of $90,000 to $125,000+ depending on experience. Annual bonuses based on personal and firm performance.
