Compensation:
$65,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence. Collaborate with the legal team to analyze case facts and develop compelling arguments. Maintain organized case files using our electronic case management system, Filevine and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to gather information and provide updates. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas to provide timely insights and recommendations to the team. Clio Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor's degree and must have graduated from or currently be attending law school.
Communication Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Interpersonal Skills :
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively on a team but also work independently. Must live in the Northern Nevada area, as this is an in-office position.
