At H&H Shooting Sports , the Law Enforcement (LE) Clerk provides administrative and operational support within the Law Enforcement Department under the direction of the LE Administrative Manager and the LE Manager. This position is responsible for assisting with customer service, processing law enforcement orders, coordinating inventory, maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and supporting the daily operations of the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the department's operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the LE Department. Vendor management and assisting with LE bids. Receiving of Law Enforcement firearms. Assist customers, agencies, and department personnel professionally and courteously. Process paperwork, purchase orders, invoices, and departmental documentation. Maintain organized records, files, and databases. Receive and process incoming firearms and related merchandise. Perform firearm inventory management and accurate firearm data entry. Monitor and respond to company email daily. Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and merchandise organization. Coordinate with other departments to support workflow and customer needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the LE Department. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Prior clerical, administrative, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Prior experience with Law Enforcement highly preferred. Basic computer, communication, and organizational skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to work in both office, warehouse and retail environments.
