The Portland office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience. Ideal candidates will have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidates with some employment litigation will be considered. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with established labor partners, including the firmwide Labor Relations Practice Group Co-Chair, develop meaningful relationships with longstanding clients, and become an integral part of the future growth and continuity of a highly successful labor practice.
