They work with construction companies, government bodies, and private clients. They also help businesses with commercial law, insurance, employment, real estate, and nonprofit matters . About the Role This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pasadena, CA. In this role, you will: Handle both litigation and non-litigation cases Do legal research and draft documents Appear in court when needed Work with different teams and advise clients Help with business development and growing client relationships What You Need Law degree (J.D.) and active California Bar license At least 3 years of experience , especially in construction-related matters Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Good communication skills to explain legal issues clearly Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
