Lead divorce, custody, and modification cases from start to finish Communicate clearly and proactively with clients Work closely with paralegals, intake, and client service to deliver a 10/10 experience Prepare legal strategies, handle court appearances, and settle when it makes sense Contribute ideas to improve our processes, technology, and resultsWho You Are:
Licensed in Alabama and in good standing Minimum 1 year of family law experience, or 2 years civil litigation experience Comfortable in court and in emotionally charged situations Detail-oriented, self-directed, and hungry to take feedback and development Bonus if you've worked in a systemized or tech-forward firmWhat We Offer:
