Company Description Siana Law is a highly respected, full-service, growing suburban law firm with a particular emphasis on serving municipalities, local agencies, and businesses across Pennsylvania for over 30 years. The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Municipal & Land Use Practice Group. Successful candidates will handle meaningful state and federal court litigation, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, appear in court regularly, and continue the firm's tradition of providing unparalleled daily counsel to its wide-ranging clientele throughout the state. Role Description The position offers potential for professional growth and development. The firm strives to create a positive environment that is conducive to advancing its relationship with clients and each associate's professional growth while maintaining work-life balance. The successful candidates must possess excellent writing, organizational, analytical and communication skills. A minimum of three years of civil litigation experience is preferred. Experience in litigation in the relevant practice group area is preferred. Applicants must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, on-site position (10% remote permitted) that offers competitive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and paid time off.
